Specs for SMS Messaging:

Character Maximum:	150 characters including spaces
Responses Data:	All response data must be shared with fusionOne
Toll Free Number:	Advertiser must provide a unique toll free number for the offer and/or that offer must include a "confirmation code" for tracking purposes.
Special Requirements:	SMS copy must include a specific product offer or discount on a particular product or service. fusionOne reserves the right to review and approve all SMS messages. Advertiser must agree to track response using a dedicated 800 number, or a special offer code.
