About Sync Sync allows Sprint customers to automatically merge address books from desktop software applications (for example, Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes) into a Sprint account. The feature can also be used to share address books between multiple Sprint devices. There is no additional cost for this service and you can synchronize as often as you like. Synchronization will help you make sure you always have the latest information available on your Sprint device. |

Log into your Voice Command or Wireless Web Mail address book. | |
|
|

Click the Click to synchronize button at the top of the address book page. | |
|
|
3. | |
Create a new sync account by clicking the Setup button. | |
|
|
|
|
|
Important: If you already have a sync account and are adding another device enter your sync username and password and click the Connect button. |

Complete all required fields on the signup page and click the Continue button. | |
|
|

Choose to connect a "Windows PC" from the device list. | |
|
|
6. | |
Accept the encryption export notice and click the Download now! button. | |
|

A setup wizard will launch automatically. Follow the on-screen instructions to copy the files to the appropriate location and install the software on your PC. | |

|
Important: As you follow the setup wizard, you will define your Internet connection. If you set up a PC at work, including a laptop, you will most likely select the "I connect using a high speed local area network (LAN)" option. |

Choose to sync Contacts from the default location on your PC. | |
|
|

Complete the installation and click the Sync Now! button. | |
|

Note: The software you've just installed syncs contacts on your PC with your Sprint Sync ServicesSMaccount. The first sync may take some time, depending on the amount of information and the speed of your Internet connection. Subsequent syncs should take approximately two minutes or less. |

After the first sync completes, return to the Voice Command or Wireless Web Mail address book. | |
|
|
11. | |
Click the Click to synchronize button to sync the new contact information from your sync account into your Sprint address book. | |
|
|
|
|
|
Note: After the initial sync, any changes synced from your PC will automatically be applied to your Sprint address books. |
