Mike Mulica

Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years of experience in the mobile and telecommunications industry, Mike Mulica has built a reputation of opening global markets for leading software solutions, expanding market share, and building customer value. In 2007, Mike was named a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum.

Previously, Mike served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BridgePort Networks, a leader in mobile-to-Voice over IP roaming technology. Prior to BridgePort Networks, Mulica was Senior Vice President of Customer Operations for Openwave Systems (previously Phone.com). Mike has also served as President of Global Sales and Marketing for Adaptive Broadband and Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Motorola's Wireless Alliance Group.

Mike holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business from Marquette University, and a Graduate Certificate in International Business from the University of Copenhagen.

Mohan Sadashiva

Senior Vice President, Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Mohan Sadashiva brings to FusionOne a deep experience in the telecommunications industry, as well as experience in managing multiple large-scale licensed software and software-as-a-service products through the product life cycle. Before joining FusionOne, Mohan was the Vice President of Products at Trimble where he was responsible for a $100 million on-demand field force solution. Mohan has also served as the Chief Product Strategist at Openwave Systems, where he led engineering, product management and product marketing for platform products, and has held leadership positions at Schlumberger and Nortel.

Tamara Steffens

Senior Vice President, Customer Operations

Tamara manages worldwide sales, professional services and field engineering, and is responsible for revenue and market share objectives at FusionOne. She brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience in high technology organizations, the majority involving leading-edge solutions for the telecommunication industry. Prior to joining FusionOne, she was Vice President of Sales for Intelliden, the market leader for automated network discovery, configuration management, provisioning and compliance, and previously, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at 724 Solutions. As Vice President of Sales at Openwave Systems she drove carrier adoption of emerging mobile data solutions and technologies following the merger with Software.com, where she led the company through their IPO and the merger with Phone.com. She has also previously held executive sales positions with Boingo Wireless, Silicon Graphics and Sun Microsystems. Tamara graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing.

Obie Oberoi

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Obie Oberoi has over 15 years of leadership experience, with substantial expertise in joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships, and international/emerging markets in telco and wireless technology. Prior to joining FusionOne, he served as vice president of corporate development for Openwave, a leader in software products for global mobile communication providers and handset manufacturers, where he drove numerous acquisitions, managed relationships with the investment community, and worked closely with business unit managers on growth and technology strategies. Previously to Openwave, Obie was Co-founder and VP business development for Acteva, an application service provider that provides comprehensive solutions for automated marketing, promotions and payment processing. He has also held sales and consulting positions with Astra Zeneca, a major international pharmaceutical company, and Xerox Corporation.

Seetharaman “Mani” Ramasubramani

Senior Vice President, Product & Operations

Seetharaman “Mani” Ramasubramani, Senior Vice President of Product & Operations, is an accomplished technical management executive in the software, internet, and telecommunications industries with a proven track record of developing and delivering large scale systems and embedded products. Prior to joining FusionOne, Mani was Strategy and Technology Consultant for Avistar Communications and Buzzwire, both venture-backed technology companies, where he was responsible for designing the solution architecture. Mani has also served as Director of Engineering at Openwave, the leading independent provider of solutions to the telecommunications industry, where he was instrumental in creating key product offerings such as Mobile Access Gateway, Location, Presence, and Device Management products for the mobile industry. As the first engineer at Phone.com, Mani directed the development of some of the most successful carrier network software platforms in history. He holds several patents in wireless and security.

Ed Battle

CFO and Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration

Ed Battle, FusionOne's Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, has over fifteen years of experience in the technology industry, spanning functions from new business development to finance to operations. Ed most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of BridgePort Networks, Inc. a leader in mobile-to-Voice over IP roaming technology. Ed co-founded AdOn Networks, a successful search engine management software services firm. Ed also co-founded SimStar Inc., a web development firm focused on the health care industry. His diverse background also includes positions at the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche and in the investment banking sector. Ed holds a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.

Alexander Tsarkov

President and General Manager of Estonian Operations and Vice President, Engineering

As President and General Manager of FusionOne's Estonian operations, Alex is responsible for guiding one of the largest software development teams in the country of Estonia. Alexander manages the operations of FusionOne's engineering team, and drives the research and development process for current and new products. Alexander brings over 15 years of software engineering and entrepreneurial experience to his role, most recently as the founder of Datalane, specializing in mobile phone synchronization software. He also founded FromZero, a digital mapping software company, and DynaNet, which developed a web-based, automated pre-employment screening system. Alexander has additional experience in critical system power loss and data integrity solutions, as well as copy protection technologies.
